Highlighting some of the show’s we’ve worked on in 2024!
That Christmas is the brand new animated film which has just landed on Netflix. Written by Richard Curtis and Peter Souter the film follows a series of tales about love, loneliness, family, friends, and Santa Claus. Set in the fictional town of Wellington on Sea which is strongly based on some of our most picturesque Suffolk locations.
Suffolk resident Ed Sheeran wrote ‘Under The Tree’, the title track for the film, and produced the video for it in Suffolk. The video is the first music video that Curtis has directed and we loved working closely with Ramshackle Productions to bring the video to life. The results are stunning and you can see the whole thing here!
‘Joy – The Birth of IVF’ was released on 22nd November on Netflix. The film is based on real events in the 1960s and 1970s. The story follows nurse and embryologist Jean Purdy played by Tuppance Middleton, Dr Robert Edwards played by James Norton, and Patrick Steptoe played by Bill Nighy. The drama covers the decade before the successful birth of the first IVF baby.
We really enjoyed bringing the production to a VERY windy Southwold beach last year which was the scene of an away day for the women who trialled IVF.
