Screen Suffolk had a fantastic time at Latitude Festival over the weekend.  The sun shone all weekend and we were lucky enough to be given a spot on Sunday to talk about all things Screen Suffolk.  Held in the Inbetweeners area which gives anyone over 12 years old and teenagers the opportunity to make films, do news reports and watch fantastic films from all over the region.  There is also a dedicated music stage that hosts up and coming teenage artists.

We were delighted to be able to talk about all the great productions we have worked on in the past two years and pass on information about opportunities for young people in the future.  We were joined by Alex Bird who has been a marshal on Danny Boyle’s latest film as well as Armando Ianucci’s David Copperfield adaptation.

Alex has been working in the industry for the past two years and has had the chance to work on these two major productions in the last couple of months because he signed up to our crew database.  If you would also like the opportunity to be a crew member or even gain work experience then please head to our website to register.
