Screen Suffolk loved watching this new short film written and directed by Richard Prendergast and produced by Rachel Prendergast.  Sylvia is based on a true story about a woman who sold her car but left a letter to the new owner.  This moving tale is shot across Suffolk and Norfolk with the opening scenes using locations in Lowestoft and beyond.

The film had it’s premiere in London last week and Screen Suffolk were delighted to be invited to attend.  With the awe inspiring landscape of the Suffolk and Norfolk countryside the big views across the region evoke many emotions.

Richard and Rachel Predergast are the driving force behind Submotion who are a creative production company with clients such as Sky One, Unilever and Aviva.  They teamed with Buckhart Productions for Sylvia, with stunning results.
